Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

They arent living organisms. They are just things growing off our body without nerves.

They arent dead like other people have said becasue otherwise how can they grow?

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

No nerves in hair or nails.

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

i know that nails are dead! hope i can help

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

no nerves

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

Because God wants us to cut them.

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

because we're weird

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

no nerves......

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

Your hair and nails are dead. They're not living, they're just connected to something that's living.

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

because the nerves aren't connected to the insides of the hair and nails. Its dead skin

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

The cells in the keratin and hair folicles are dead. They have no nerves in them. Only the skin which comes in contact with them has nerves.

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

uhmm...because its not part of our body and are hair and nails are dead. and they dont have nervous cells like our boddy does!

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

Because nails and hair are proteins that grow, there are no nerves in them....hair and nails are 'dead' that is why we cant feel it.

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

Because you are cutting dead material. There are no nerve endings there to register pain.

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

Because there aren't any nerves at the ends of your hair and fingernails. The nerves are in your nail bed (the part attached to your finger) and your scalp..anything that is beyond that is considered "dead", therefore, no pain when cutting!

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

dont worry i could pick pieces from your brain and you wont feel a thing ether. thats right the brain has no nerve receptors. You can also get third degree burns and also no longer feel pain on the wound. so pick away. and to the moron below me, if it grows, its alive....

Why dont we feel pain when cutting hair and nails?

we dont feel pain when we cut our hair or nails because there is no flesh no bones or no blood vessels in our hairs or nails.... but they are conneted through blood vesels from their roots .... if you disagree just try to pull out one hair from your head or try to pull out one nail from your finger ....it will definately pain....isnt it....just try this. hope my answer helps you
