Im 5'5 and slim...so i literally look tall...my hair is about 5 inches below my shoulders...if i cut it will it make me look taller!??!

Long hair draws the eye up and down, so unless you have a long neck and cut your hair ABOVE the neck, short hair would make you look shorter.
