There's this freaky ukrainian girl who lives accross the street from us. Apparently, she's never cut her hair before. It's down to her legs. When I asked her why she wouldn't cut her hair till , she's 21, she said her dad's "punishing" her. Which i find hard to believe. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with her being ukrainian.

I don't think that is true at all. I know three Ukranian girls and they cut their hair all of the time. It has nothing to do with their race.

my friend (urkrainian) has a sister, she has crazy scene hair and its been short long, and about 12 different colours
