How can I get rid of split ends without cutting my hair ?

I have serious split ends ! I don't want to cut it though , is there any other ways I can get rid of it ? And will split ends make my hair fall out ? Please help !

Sorry, you have to cut your hair. if you keep the split ends, it'll work it's way up to the middle length of your hair and snap your hair, you'll lose it half way, but your hair wont fall out, and it'll hardley grow if you dont trim it. you dont need a drastic cut, but you will if you let it continue., if your split ends are ony like 1/4 of an inch , then that's all you need to take off. dont dont need to cut more than an inch off. just take care of your hair to prevent it in the future

Split ends are just the ends...its not the top of your hair..ii think you should get a trim..to keep your hair looking heathly..straightening your hair too much can give you split ends too!! soo if you do end up getting a trim..dont always straighten your hair!

There is no way to get rid of them without cutting them. You can make them appear less noticeable by using shine serum on the ends or using hot oil treatments and deep conditioners often. If your hair is that bad I would get a trim, even a small one, because it will look and feel a lot better. It will grow back and look gorgeous...trust me, just get the trim

I have the same problem,and i dont want to cut it though, what im doing is, i wash it every other day, with shampoo and conditioner, then i go to my hairdresser twice a month for cellophane and hot oil to cover the split ends and dryness, i used ceramic iron to straighten my hair, and i put cuticle coat, and it looks good soft and shiny..
